Preparation & Storage
    Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 2-1/4 cups (540 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Stir and serve. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet.

      Wow! It's hot! I love spicy food, but if you're sensitive to it beware. Also, ONE serving of this meal has 28 grams of fiber. If you eat the whole thing you'll get 56 grams and 225 percent of your daily fiber in one sitting. If you don't want to spend the whole next day in the weeds maybe eat a tad less fiber.
