Awesome Pad Thai
by Neoarn on Oct 26, 2014I had this Pad Thai at work, loved it. then went to a thai restaurant with my daughter and liked this one better. I love this stuff and it is my favourite now. I will take this every backpacking trip for sure. I am in Canada and in the woods, this is great.
by Moondust on Sep 8, 2014This is a great meal. Very tasty and not very high in sodium like so much of the dehydrated food available. Sometimes I add freeze dried chicken to up the protein a bit. I could eat this every night!
by John on Jul 7, 2014And I'm a fan of authentic Thai food. If the rest of the offerings are anything like the Pad Thai, I'm sold!
Great meal and easy to tweak
by STL Hiker on Mar 4, 2014This is one of our favorites. For some extra flavor and calories we like to add more peanut butter. For more protein a pack of chicken works great.
Great quickie vegan meal to go
by MDC on Oct 4, 2013Whether out for a long trek, day hike, or justs looking for a super quick dinner at home; this is a really tasty little meal. Inside the pouch is a little pouch of PBCo peanut butter, a bag of peanuts and the noodle/dry sauce mixture. Add boiling water and peanut butter, seal it up and do what you want for 20 mins then come back, sprinkle on the peanuts and chow down! It's great alongside a nice cold IPA!
surprisingly tasty and authentic
by happy camper on Jul 24, 2013This is by far the best dehydrated food I have tried. The spice level is perfect for me, and I love the change in texture provided by the peanuts in this dish. Not as good as my favorite local pad thai restaurant, but damn good for what it is.
by johnnyO on Jul 11, 2013This is one of my favorites from Backpackers! Super yummy and not too spicy which is good for some people. Put in a little siracha if I want it to have more of a kick. If you chose to shake the meal (like me) instead of stir, make sure the top is sealed very well.
