Ingredients: RED BEANS, PRECOOKED LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE, TOMATO, ONION, POTATO STARCH, SALT, NEW MEXICO CHILI PEPPER, SUGAR, CORN STARCH, GARLIC, CUMIN SEED, OREGANO, CAYENNE PEPPER.
Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 2-1/2 cups (600 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.

It does take a bit longer to cook than what is instructed (I was at sea level), like Billy said, but this is a quality product at at a great price. That's value, son.

Re-hydration took a little longer than the package instructed, but once all of the water was absorbed it was pretty tasty. The packaging states that it’s intended to serve two, but I had no problem finishing it off by myself. For a vegetarian meal, I was very pleased with how filling it was.
